Questions from restaurant owners
Which reservation system should I use?
If you already use one, we integrate it as an add-on. If not, many restaurants start with a simple request form and switch later. We'll give you neutral advice in the initial call.
What do I have to show on the menu online?
In Switzerland, guests must be able to get allergen information, and the origin of meat and fish has to be declared. We lay this out clearly on your online menu – the details and their accuracy remain your responsibility.
How quickly does a menu change go live?
Send us the new menu or the weekly lunch specials by message and we usually update them the same working day.
What does my own website offer compared with booking platforms?
Platforms help with reach but often charge per reservation. Every reservation through your own website is fee-free – and the guest relationship stays with you.
Do I need a cookie banner?
Only if you use tools that set non-essential cookies, such as some analytics or embedded services. We build lean, privacy-friendly websites with the Swiss nLPD/revDSG and the GDPR in mind and keep third-party tools to a minimum; the final legal check is yours.
