Frequently asked questions from Zurich
Can we meet in person in Zurich?
We work fully remotely from Frankfurt: video call, phone, email and WhatsApp, in the same time zone. Calls are in English or German. We don't have an office in Switzerland and don't offer on-site meetings.
Can my website be in English and German?
Yes. Each additional language costs CHF 489, translation included, and gets its own URLs and language tags so Google shows the right version. Swiss German spelling (ss, not ß) is a given.
How are quotes and invoices handled?
Quotes and invoices are in CHF and paid by international bank transfer. As a German small business (§ 19 UStG), we don't charge VAT.
What does a website for an SME in Zurich cost?
Starter is CHF 1’190, Standard with up to 5 pages CHF 1’690, Premium CHF 3’190 – fixed prices without a subscription. Hosting is included; you only pay for your .ch domain.
What about the Swiss data protection act?
Sites are privacy-friendly by default, with no tracking unless you add analytics, and designed with the nLPD/revDSG and the GDPR in mind. The legal texts should be checked by you or your advisor, as we don't give legal advice.
