Web design Edinburgh · for locals and visitors

Web design in Edinburgh – ready for visitors, built for regulars.

Edinburgh businesses serve two audiences: the people who live here and the many who visit. We build custom websites that work for both, quick on a phone, clear in English and set up for local search. One fixed price in pounds, delivered remotely from our studio in Frankfurt.

Get found locally

A capital with a busy calendar.

Visitors come for the Old Town, the castle and the Royal Mile all year round, and in August the festivals fill the city. For cafés, restaurants, guest houses, tours and shops, that means a lot of searches from people who don't know the city and decide on the spot. They want opening hours, a menu, prices, directions and a way to book, ideally in a few taps. Other languages can help too, as many visitors come from abroad.

Away from the tourist trail, Edinburgh is a city of neighbourhoods with their own loyal customers. Stockbridge and Bruntsfield have independent shops, delis and practices, Leith has grown into a destination for food and drink along the Shore, and Morningside and Portobello have their own high streets. Local residents and students search differently from visitors, often by area and service, so a good site speaks to both without trying to be everything at once.

FAQs

Questions from Edinburgh businesses

You're based in Frankfurt. How does that work for a business in Scotland?

We work fully remotely, by video call, phone, email and WhatsApp, in English. Frankfurt is an hour ahead of UK time, so calls fit easily into your day. We don't have an office in Edinburgh and don't offer in-person meetings.

Can guests book directly on my website?

Yes. We integrate your existing booking or reservation system as an add-on (£179), so guests can book directly at any hour.

Do I need my site in other languages for visitors?

Not necessarily, but it can help if many of your guests come from abroad. Each additional language is available from £349, translation included, with its own URLs so Google shows the right version.

Can you have the site ready before the festival season?

Usually, yes, if we start in good time: 2 to 6 weeks depending on the package, once your content is ready. Express delivery (£269) roughly halves that.

What does a small business website cost in Edinburgh?

Starter is £790, Standard £1,190 and Premium £2,290. Hosting is included; you only pay for your domain.
